Using TD Ameritrade Commission-Free ETFs for Implementation

A subscriber mentioned that TD Ameritrade offers 100 commission-free ETFs.  See the link: http://research.tdameritrade.com/public/etfs/commissionfree/commissionfree.asp To save transaction costs, we can use some of the commission-free ETFs to replace the ETFs in our portfolios.  There may be some differences in the performance going forward, but I think they are close substitutes.
